Ruth has extensive experience in hospitality and tourism, followed by 20 years in education as a Business and Economics teacher, Head of Sixth Form and higher education. As programme lead, Ruth has overseen the growth of the programme, developing and building connections with the football club and the wider Bristol Sport Group.

Before joining SBE, Huw spent ten years working for start-ups and small businesses in sport, adult education and property management. As a coach, Huw supports Team Entrepreneurs to develop a growth mindset and become self-directed learners.

Joe brings sixteen years of experience in the sports industry to the SBE program, through working with professional teams and organisations, as well as being Managing Director of Sports Performance company Southern Academy of Sport.
Paula Casling
Learning by Doing Module Lead & Team Coach
Having run businesses in health and education, Paula brings a breadth of education experience from PE Teaching to adult learning. A natural networker, her links to sport, education and business enhances the programme and in her spare time, she enjoys officiating for track athletics.
